This past week, we attended the Farnborough Airshow in the UK to discuss data security behind-the-scenes with businesses and leaders in aviation. With the critical role of data security in the aviation sector a key factor in upcoming innovations and new technology, we explored issues impacting data transference along with the processes for secure data destruction in an ever more complex technology environment.

Our NSA-listed Crunch 250 hard drive destroyer, designed to meet stringent security standards, has been a go-to option for operators needing a secure data destruction capability. Government agencies, private and public sector businesses have stepped up their investments in recent years to implement robust data protection, ensuring that sensitive information is irretrievably destroyed, preventing data breaches and espionage.

“Attending this year’s Farnborough Airshow was an incredible opportunity for us to meet face-to-face with industry leaders,” said Matt Brannigan, Sales Manager for Verity Systems. “Data security and AI were significant themes at the show, reflecting the industry’s focus on safeguarding sensitive information in the cloud and its secure erasure once no longer in use. Our NSA-listed Crunch 250 hard drive destroyer is designed to meet the highest standards of data destruction, ensuring operators in various defense and civilian sectors can securely remove sensitive information.”
